LGN’s Yoga for Good


Do yoga. Fight hunger.

Give back to your body while helping to feed hungry neighbors in your community. This free hour-and-a-half long yoga class will be taught by Certified Yoga Instructor Kristi Kobleur and is appropriate for all levels.


Date: Sunday, December 16th


Time: 9:00 – 10:30 AM


Doors open at 8:40 AM.


Location: LGN Performance, 941 S. McLean Blvd, Suite A, Elgin


What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water


Age 12+ recommended.


In the spirit of holiday generosity, we are asking that all attendees bring a non-expired, canned or dry food donation to benefit the Northern Illinois Food Bank.


Most needed items include: peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken (in water), whole grain pasta and rice, cereal and oatmeal, dried beans and lentils, canned fruits (in juice), low-sodium soups, sauces and vegetables, spices and seasonings. (No glass jars please.)
